SUBSTANCE: sanitary napkin (3) is provided comprising the main part (4) with an absorbent main part (43) and a flow guide part (5) comprising two flow guiding elements (51) with lower ends attached to the upper surface of the absorbent part (43) and a pull-out member (52) connected to the upper ends of the flow guiding members (51). Each flow guiding member (51) comprises several flow guiding sections (511) that are folded and connected to each other and several outer connecting sections (513), each formed between the outer ends of two adjacent flow guiding sections (511). The pull-out member (51) is pulled to move the flow guiding sections (511) relative to the absorbent mart (43) from the folded position, in which the flow guiding sections (511) are stacked one above the other, to an elongated position in which the outer connecting sections (513) of the flow guiding members (51) are spaced apart from each other.
