SUBSTANCE: device with the abilities to switch branches under load (On-Load Tap Changer, OLTC). The method comprises an electromagnetic core with windings, suspending an isolating barrier OLTC on an electromagnetic induction device by means of a suspension tool. The OLTC barrier tool on limit of the section is configured such that it acts as a barrier between the electromagnetic core case and the OLTC unit. The OLTC barrier tool on limit of the section is provided with the first set of electrical connections installed so that they are connected to the windings and the second set of electrical connections installed so that they are connected to the OLTC unit. The first set of electrical connections is connected to the windings. Then, the winding and the OLTC barrier tool on limit of the section are exposed to the drying process.
