SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of a minced mixture of minced fish meat, table salt and vegetable oil, mixture packing into consumer containers, sealing and heat treatment. In the minced mixture fish broth and dry octopus concentrate are additionally introduced. The components are added at a certain mass ratio.
EFFECT: increased nutritional and biological product value.
