FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves solid recipe components milling in a cutter in the following sequence: firstly chicken meat and chicken heart are minced for 1 minute, then skin-off fish fillet is loaded into the cutter and milled for 2 minutes. Wheat bread is added, preliminarily soaked in water or fish broth, sustained until swelling and squeezed from excess liquid, fish broth or water, raw eggs, ground black pepper, nutmeg ground, culinary salt. One adds crushed pumpkin which is preliminarily peeled of peels and seeds, cooked in water at ratio of 1:3 for 15 minutes, white cabbage peeled from cover leaves, cut into straws with thickness of 5–7 mm, bulb onions, peeled from cover leaves, cut into cubes of size 4×4 mm. Mixture is stirred in cutter for 2 minutes, then it is molded into sticks of 80 g weight, 8–10 cm long and 3–4 cm thick, coated with bread crumbs, frozen, packaged and delivered for storage.
EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of nutritive value of the product.
