FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pattern for segment or sector of the refiner plate with outer radius on outer periphery and inner radius on inner arc contains a grinding zone including a pattern of knives and grooves arranged between the outer periphery and inner arc in a set of strips, and transition zone passing along a line having substantially a spiral shape. In this case, the patterns of the knives in each strip have density which becomes larger in each strip from the zone nearest to the inner arc, in the zone nearest to the outer periphery, wherein the zone of transition is located at an angle to the passing through the segment of the radial line, which values are in the range between 20° and 85°. The segments of the refiner plate have the grinding zone with pattern of knives and grooves and a transition zone. In one embodiment of the segments, the transition zone is made continuous in the form of letter X forming diamond-shaped forms.
EFFECT: segments of the refiner plate with knives and grooves made according to said pattern, elimination of accumulation of fibers, improvement of quality at optimal power consumption.
