FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to disk-type refiners and can be used for grinding lignocellulosic materials. Stator plate of the refiner comprises the stator grinding surface, a number of knives and grooves located on the stator surface of grinding. Each knife has trailing and leading sidewalls. Trailing sidewall of at least one of the blades has an uneven surface with a plurality of protrusions, occupying at least 25% of the trailing sidewall, and leading sidewall has a smooth surface and does not have an uneven surface. Blades are curved with respect to the radial line of the plate passing through refiner stator plate to determine the feed angle, the feed angle increasing continuously and gradually along the radially outer portion of the grinding stator surface by at least 10-30 degrees in said radially outer portion. Method of mechanical grinding is that the lignocellulosic material is introduced into the inlet of a refiner containing the above described stator plate.
EFFECT: use of a stator plate provides a reduction in energy consumption during grinding.
