SUBSTANCE: each plates segment for grinding contains the grinding side. Each of the grinding sides has the grinding area. The distance between the grooves in the first plate segment and the grooves in the second plate segment is constant along the arc, passing through the grinding area. In the second embodiment, the first plate segment has the grinding face surface containing the grinding area. The grooves contains the first deep section at the distance equal to the first radius from the first refiner plate segment axis of rotation, and the first small section at the distance equal to the second radius. The grooves contains the second deep groove section at the distance equal to the second radius and the small section at the distance equal to the first radius. Pour the cellulosic material and rotate one of the plates. Grind the cellulosic material and duct the material flow through the grooves during rotation.
EFFECT: improvement of the cellulosic material grinding quality.
