The grinding surface comprises knives and grooves between knives, besides, knives comprise a section external at least in a radial direction, having a delay angle making at least 30° near the external periphery of knives. Each knife comprises a front side wall, having a figurine-shaped surface in the external section, at the same time the figurine-shaped surface of the wall passes along the knife length in the section external in the radial direction. Knife width in the section external in the radial direction varies as a result of a figurine-shaped surface of the wall.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of using energy during grinding, provides for minimum cutting of fibres in a fed material.
