SUBSTANCE: for treatment of chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis at the exacerbation phase, applications of immobilized polysorb-based celecoxib are carried out, which is used for 15 minutes. In addition, exposure to low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.85-0.95 mcm, power of 2-4 W, frequency of 80-100 Hz is provided for two minutes. The course of treatment is 4 days.
EFFECT: simple and affordable method provides relief of inflammatory phenomena after the second procedure, and also achievement of persistent long-term remission, including through detoxification, stimulating and prolonging effects in improving tissue trophism, stimulation of damaged tissues regeneration.
