SUBSTANCE: quick freezing method involves obtaining cold and feeding it into a stainless steel housing represented by a freezer until the temperature reaches -30°C, maintained in the future, feeding a cooling gel at the temperature of -30°C, maintained in the future, along the ascending pipeline located inside the chamber, filling the space between the ice cells in an ice-form, with its subsequent return through the descending pipe to the freezing chamber, cooling the water in the cells due to contacting the walls with the gel, fixing the moment when the ice reaches the given temperature, activating the annular heater for heating the ice cube, rotating the shutter of the lower ice tray around the hinge axis, releasing the base or bottom covering layer of the cells closed by the shutter, the ice cubes fall, demonstrating the brand initials engraved on their bottom faces, which are located on the top edges of the shutter in the form of an uniform low relief coinciding with the cell bases, feeding the cubes into the ice bin. The device for quick freezing of ice cubes includes a stainless steel housing with a condenser and a compressor, a refrigerating chamber, an ice bin, a series of liquid dispensers for distributing water to cells. The refrigeration chamber consists of a coil and a gel maintaining the constant temperature of -30°C.
