The initial components are used in the following ratio, wt %: wheat flour 38.18, wheat flour (for dusting) 3.58, granulated sugar 17.94, butter 22.87, melange 6.28, sodium bicarbonate 0.045, ammonium carbonate 0.045, edible salt 0.18, essence 0.18, powder from sunflower seeds 10.7.
EFFECT: high nutritional value, improved structural and mechanical properties and increased organoleptic parameters.
