SUBSTANCE: orthopedic mattress comprises a base made of a layer or several layers of a viscoelastic or elastic material, including polyurethane foam, with a layer height in the range of 1 cm to 21 cm or comprises a substrate made of a layer or several layers of a non-woven fabric of polyether or other fibres, including polyester, with a layer height in the range of 0.5 cm to 21 cm, the upper layer is made of polyurethane foam, and the lower layer is made of a non-woven fabric. Reliably interconnecting the layers is enabled by a non-woven fabric consisting of thermobonded fibres, the top layer of which is represented by interwoven smooth micro surfaces densely enveloped with a gradually solidified foam polyurethane mixture, initially in liquid state. The specified geometric dimensions of the finished product by width are in the range of values from 40 to 210 cm, by length - in the range of values from 80 to 210 cm, in height - from 5 to 23 cm; the finished product having a shape memory is additionally equipped with one or more protective or consumer pillow cases.
