SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of furniture, particularly, to production of mattresses. Method of mattress manufacturing, characterized by that lower mattress bottom part is placed on lower mattress box with lower insulating layer inside lower box, then on insulating layer in lower box is installed mattress base, then based on the upper insulating layer of the mattress, on which the upper box of the mattress is first placed and in it the detachable load-balancers are installed, the mattress elements mentioned in a certain manner, closing them with upper part of cover and with interference fit parts of mattress so that mattress elements were in working compressed state, characterized by that before installation of compensators they are selected from accumulator of compensators by density and elasticity, which correspond to loads from personal body weight action, for this purpose, first, preliminarily measuring loads from body weight of a personal user on experienced compensators arranged on a mattress model having load sensors from the body weight of the personal user, comparing the values obtained from the load sensors with the values of the compensators available in the accumulator, corresponding compensators are selected based on loads received from sensors, and then compensators are installed in upper box in accordance with loads received from sensors.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplification of mattress manufacturing with provision of possibility of its hardness changing.
