Universal mattress with traction effect comprises at least two layers of elastic material, between which at least one layer of viscoelastic material is arranged, in middle part of which there are one and / or several strips of hard and bending material arranged above and below from perpendicular to longitudinal axis of mattress.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creating a simple in design and method of using a mattress for plastic spinal traction due to the user's own weight and relieving stress from the skeletal muscles and ligaments at home, in a hospital or polyclinic.
