FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: image of the tested object is obtained having a frame with the selected predetermined axis of coordinates and containing a certain number of pixels; the angle of the tested object is identified in the image with respect to the selected predetermined frame coordinate axis, the said indication being one of the edge, label or edge of the test object; the identification step includes the steps of: determining, which of the number of pixels constitute a number of sets of edge pixels; determining, which of a certain number of sets of edge pixels form a number of supposed areas of indication; specifying an indication from, at least, two of the number of proposed areas of indication; determining the angle between the selected predetermined frame coordinate axis and the indication; rotating the image to a negative angle; and performing an analysis on the rotated image of the test object.
EFFECT: increasing the speed and accuracy of the image analysis of the tested object.
