FIELD: data decoding.
SUBSTANCE: in the accepted bit stream, it is determined whether the prediction is supported inside data blocks. The prediction mode is determined for count blocks presented in the specified bit stream. The scan scheme is determined of the set of scan schemes for scanning frequency coefficients. The scan schemes are associated with the prediction mode by displaying. The display is different for brightness and color-difference counts. The specified brightness and color-difference counts are placed in blocks. The block shape coefficients of color-difference counts differ from block shape coefficients of brightness counts. The frequency coefficients of the supplied blocks of color-different counts and blocks of brightness counts are scanned in the order of the specified determined scan schemes depending on the mode of prediction and decoding of video data of the specified bit stream.
EFFECT: increased image quality during data decoding.
