SUBSTANCE: method comprises: receiving the first input stream by the computer system, comprising, at least, one of: a text stream, an image, a video stream, or an audio stream; processing the first input stream to create the first sequence of symbols; in response to determining that the first symbol sequence does not contain temporary references, storing a note comprising, at least, a portion of the first symbol sequence in the first data structure of the first type; receiving the second input stream changing the said note; processing the second input stream to create the second symbol sequence; in response to determining that the second symbol sequence contains a temporary reference, converting the said note into a calendar entry; storing the said calendar entry containing the time identifier referred to by the temporary reference in the second data structure of the second type.
