SUBSTANCE: activities aimed at restoration of patient's physiological functions, and patient rehabilitation are performed, involving patient's family members with family psychotherapy. At that, at the first stage of rehabilitation, methods of cognitive-behavioural, gestalt therapy, projective methods, psycho-educational approach with formation of initial motivation, patient's criticism of his/her own behaviour, and the detection of reasons for the formation and maintenance an addiction are used. At the second stage of rehabilitation, methods of the first stage are complemented by psychodynamic approach, psychodrama as per J. Moreno and B. Hellinger's arrangements, forming patient's awareness of destructive patterns of behaviour, internal motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle, a clear division of the "healthy self" and "sick self". At the third stage of rehabilitation, methods of the previous stages are supplemented with methods of existential psychotherapy and weekly medical holidays aimed at implementation of the acquired skills and identification of difficulties in social adaptation, with a gradual increase in the duration of holidays and sessions of individual discussion of their results with a specialist and/or in a psychotherapeutic group.

EFFECT: method allows to achieve a long and sustainable remission, to generate motivation to maintain sobriety through harmonization of family relationships, compilation of a multi-axis diagnosis, and by involving family members into rehabilitation procedures.
