SUBSTANCE: method for treatment of a relief element of human skin tissue using a system containing a radio frequency source and an applicator with a roller is proposed. The method includes the following steps: determination of the relief element perimeter and induction of skin tissue areas tightening on opposite sides of the relief element adjacent to the respective perimeter portions in the tightening direction parallel to the skin surface and perpendicular to the perimeter. Roller movement along the element in its longitudinal direction allows simultaneous movement of electrodes on opposite sides and parallel to the relief element of skin tissue and treatment of the element along its length. System treatment is suitable for skin tightening and rejuvenation by skin tissue heating using RF energy by supplying RF energy via a contact of one or more RF electrodes with the skin.
