FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery. At the edge of the areola, 4 incisions 1.5–2.0 mm long are made, starting from the upper medial quadrant, clockwise, with one incision per 1 quadrant. Then, at the first stage, through the formed incisions, a thin end of the bipolar radio-frequency cannula connected to the BodyTite apparatus is introduced into the subcutaneous fat layer of the mammary gland (MG) at depth of 3–5 mm to feed radio-frequency energy to its electrodes with power of 10.0–15.0 Wt. By back-and-forth movement of the cannula parallel to the skin surface, gradual skin warming is performed to temperature of 38.5–39 °C, wherein the entire area of each quadrant is treated in turn, clockwise, without entering the areola and nipple zone. At the second stage, the skin surface of each quadrant of MG is treated by a radio frequency manipulator with a micro needle-shaped nozzle, which is applied perpendicular to the skin surface, is pressed with a force sufficient for the needles completely submerged into the skin thickness, and supplying radio frequency energy to needles with power of 25–35 W, and then moving the handpiece to the untreated skin surface, wherein movement of the handpiece from the treated area to the untreated is performed with partial 20–25 % overlapping of the treated area.

EFFECT: method enables reducing duration and labor input of the surgical intervention and improving the cosmetic effect of the procedure.
