SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a cartridge with radio-frequency electrodes (RF-electrodes) for cosmetic skin care and an attachment comprising such a cartridge. Cartridge with RF-electrodes is electrically connected to control housing and is detachably connected to casing for nozzle housing, which operator holds, uses and replaces as expendable part, and which comprises housing of RF-electrode for cosmetic skin treatment. Cartridge with RF-electrodes comprises cartridge casing, housing of RF-electrode and relay. Housing of RF-electrode is positioned on first surface of cartridge case, brought into contact with skin and configured to apply RF-energy inside skin. Relay is mounted in the cartridge casing, electrically connected to the RF-electrode housing and is configured to control the operation of the RF-electrode housing by controlling the electrical signal transmitted to the RF-electrode. Nozzle for cosmetic skin care comprises a cartridge with RF-electrodes and a casing for a nozzle housing, to which the cartridge with RF-electrodes is connected in such a way that it can be disconnected from the casing for the nozzle housing. Casing for the nozzle housing is connected to the control housing.

EFFECT: provided is such a cartridge configuration in which a relay which controls an electrical signal applied to an RF electrode is positioned in the cartridge with RF electrodes such that the relay, which is a disposable part, is replaced when the cartridge with RF electrodes is replaced.
