SUBSTANCE: concentrate of the water-mixed lubricant-cooling liquid for mechanical treatment of metals refers to the field of machine-building industry and can be used in individual and centralized feeding systems of the lubricant-cooling liquid (LCL) for cutting and abrasive treating of all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, as well as heat-resistant alloys. A composition of the LCC water-mixed concentrate is developed, which is a multi-component system with increased content of functional additives and a binder, as well as very a low water content, including mineral oil, a reaction product of oleic and boric acid with triethanolamine, polyethylene glycol, emulsifier, castor oil, sodium nitrite, monobutyl ether of ethylene glycol, and water in the following ratio of components, wt %: industrial oil I-8A - 14.0-15.0, oleic acid - 15.0-17.5, triethanolamine - 27.0-29.0, boric acid - 6.0-7.0, emulsifier based on oxyethylated alkyl phenols - 3.0-6.0, castor oil - 0.2 - 0.4, sodium nitrite is 1.0-1.5, polyethylene glycol - 7.0-8.5, monobutyl ether of ethylene glycol - 16.0-17.5, distilled water - up to 100.

EFFECT: composition meets the requirements to the quality parameters of the concentrate of the water-mixed lubricant-cooling liquid, gives the possibility of unifying the operations of mechanical treatment of metals in the application of one universal lubricant-cooling technological means for cutting and abrasive treating of all kinds of metals and alloys, and contributes to the expansion of the arsenal of the produced water-mixed lubricant-cooling liquids.
