The microtubers obtained are separated from the plants and transferred to the conditions of lowered temperatures (4±2)°C for 2-3 months for further realization or planting into the soil.

EFFECT: revival and obtaining in a short time of healthier potatoes, increasing the multiplication factor of regenerating plants, the size and quantity of microtubers, accelerating the growth of explants, providing technical simplicity of cultivation and reducing labour intensity.
