For micro-graftage and forming microtubers, thiamine 1-1.2 mg/l, ascorbic acid 2.1-4 mg/l, Fe-chelate 374-390 mg/l, sucrose 81000-85000 mg/l, adenine 1-1.5 mg/l, kinetin 1-2 mg/l, indolylacetic acid (IAA) 0.5-1.5 mg/l are additionally introduced into the nutrient medium, obtaining potato microtubers is carried out at a temperature of 19-20°C, under the condition of the light day of 8 hours (5000 lux) and the total darkness of 16 hours with a relative humidity of 70-80%. The microtubers obtained are separated from the plants and transferred to the conditions of lowered temperatures (4±2)°C for 2-3 months for further realization or planting into the soil.

EFFECT: revival and obtaining in a short time of healthier potatoes, increasing the multiplication factor of regenerating plants, the size and quantity of microtubers, accelerating the growth of explants, providing technical simplicity of cultivation and reducing labour intensity.
