FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, biotechnology and seed growing of potatoes at the stage of accelerated propagation of a healthy source material in culture in vitro. Invention can be used to produce healthy potato microplants, free from viral and bacterial infections, prepared for transplantation into aerohydroponic plants for producing minitubers. Results of the work can be used in organizations engaged in research in the field of plant growing, as well as in selection and seed growing of potatoes. Disclosed is a method for in vitro micropropagation of potato microplants of “СОЛНЕЧНЫЙ” variety from meristem plants. In vitro micropropagation of “СОЛНЕЧНЫЙ” potato microplants from meristem plants is carried out using Murashige-Skoog culture medium and lighting with LED lamps, wherein full-spectrum lamps with power of 42 W and Murashige-Skoog culture medium with low content of agar-agar 4 g/l and addition of indoleacetic acid (IAA) in concentration of 0.5 mg/l are used.
EFFECT: obtaining sanitary microplants with developed root system, prepared for transplantation on aerohydroponic plants for production of potato minitubers.
