FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes illumination of the samples under study, registration of the photoluminescence spectra and creation of a training sample according to the spectral characteristics, followed by the formation of a database in the form of 3 groups of samples according to the material type: bone porcelain, soft and hard. The belonging of new samples of porcelain to any of the specified groups is determined by the largest numerical values of the classification functions calculated for each of the groups. As a source of illumination, ultraviolet radiation is used. The registration of the spectra of the excited photoluminescence is carried out in the optical range of electromagnetic radiation and the intensities of the bands of optically active centres O*, [UO2]2+, Mn2+, Fe3+ in the spectra of the samples.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of automation and increasing the degree of objectivity of the identification process.
