SUBSTANCE: non-woven fabric is proposed, including a first projecting part projecting on the first side of the surface in the horizontal projection of the non-woven fabric in a sheet form and having an internal space and a second projecting part projecting on the second side of the surface opposite to the first surface side and having an internal space, the first projecting part and the second projecting part being arranged alternately and continuously in each of various intersecting directions in the horizontal projection of the non-woven fabric, where the top of the first projecting part includes a small projecting part having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the first projecting part on the first surface side, and the internal space present inside the first projecting part and the internal space present inside the small projecting part are connected to form a continuous internal space.
