FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: design of stairs on bolts, consisting of reinforced steps fastened together at one edge by an interstep bushing and a bolt. On the other edge, the steps are attached to an embedded detail built into a wall at two points or one point. The steps can also be supported by a beam or suspensions. The step reinforcement is carried out by embedded details consisting of flat gussets, stiffening ribs and fittings. The reinforcement is carried out not over the whole step plane, but where it is necessary to strengthen the so-called "weak points". A wall embedded detail does not project beyond the step contour. The method of fixing the step to the wall allows first to separately install the embedded detail into the wall, then to attach the step to the embedded detail by means of the wall embedded detail reinforced in the step. The presence of an oval-section groove and a lateral thread in the fitting of the wall embedded detail allows to expand the range of adjustments, both for the distance from the wall plane to the wall-adjacent butt of the step, and for the displacement from the theoretical center of mounting the embedded detail into the wall during installation. All the benefits have been repeatedly confirmed on real samples installed in various residential facilities and confirming their high operational characteristics during the operation.

EFFECT: removing the loads from the connection points between the steps, saving the materials extracted from the upper and the lower shields of the step, the machine time spent for this procedure, and the material used for manufacturing embedded details, the step finishing process during its manufacturing is simplified, the stairs installation process is simplified.
