FIELD: bridge building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bridge building and can be used in construction of landing bays of floating railway bridges at fluctuations of water level. Lifting frame support comprises a pair of posts with a screw pile installed inside each of them with the possibility of vertical movement with a pile tip equipped with a screw blade, throughout the height of each of the screw piles with a given pitch holes are made, a pair of shoes, each of which is made with an open cavity for a screw blade of the pile tip and by means of a cross hinge joint is attached to the lower part of each of the posts; base of each of support shoes is made with vertical stiffeners; at each end of the crossbar there is a groove for posts and a process platform is rigidly fixed, a mechanism for lifting or lowering the crossbar, supporting elements located on the posts, screw devices for the possibility of vertical movement of the crossbar, pins, a cross-link rigidly fixed by its ends on the posts. Base of each shoe is made in the form of a sheet with bevelled corners and with an axial square hole for a helical blade of the pile tip. Along the perimeter of the square hole, at least four stiffeners are rigidly installed, each of which is made in the form of a trapezoid, wherein its lower base corresponds to the side of the square sheet, and its upper base corresponds to the side of the square hole. Each of the process platforms is rigidly attached to the crossbar. Each support element is made in the form of a flat rectangular strap and is rigidly fixed on it. Mechanism for lifting or lowering the crossbar is made in the form of four manual hoists, which are hooked by the hook of the suspension to the upper bracket of the support, and by the load hook to the crossbar. On each post, consisting of two channels, the shelves of which are combined along the length by connecting plates, with internal transverse diagrams, in the upper part there is an upper bracket, flange is secured at bottom part to be secured to cross-type hinge via adapter with flap bolts. At each end, on both sides of the crossbar, two technological platforms with sections of the enclosure, connected to each other by a staple, are attached to each other through support knees. On both sides of the crossbar in its central part there are side lugs for attachment of the conductor.
EFFECT: simplified assembly and mounting of support.
