SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for active action on atmosphere to dispersion of fog and clouds at monitored territory (aerodromes, expressways, open sites for various sports and entertainment events, etc.) and inducing additional precipitation. Direction of movement of wind air flows relative to field of expected action is determined with further generation of corona discharge in volume of air flow passing through region of expected effect. During generation of corona discharge volume of passing air flow is added with vapours of sulphuric acid.
EFFECT: enlarging area of action on atmosphere and higher efficiency.
