FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the meth of of producing disuccinate betulinol of the formula: by acylating betulinol, in which as succinic acid is used as an acylating agent. Acylation is carried out by melting betulinol with succinic acid at a temperature of 185-190°C for 20-25 minutes with a molar ratio of betulinol to succinic acid of 1:3, followed by recrystallization of the desired product from ethanol.
EFFECT: new method of producing betulinol disuccinate is developed, which shortens the duration of the production process, eliminates expensive and toxic reagents.
