FIELD: raw materials production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing raw materials for the production of carbon black, including thermal pyrolysis of hydrocarbons, fractionation of pyrolysis products, isolation of heavy pyrolysis resin and its mixing with a petrochemical product. Before mixing with a petrochemical product, the heavy pyrolysis resin is sent to the stripping column together with the С9 pyrolysis fraction separated from pyrolysis gasoline to remove hydrocarbons with a boiling point of 175°С and below. Mixing of the obtained heavy pyrolysis resin with a petrochemical product is carried out in a mass ratio of 1.0:0.01÷0.5, respectively. As a petrochemical product, a heavy resin is used for hydrodealkylation of alkylaromatic hydrocarbons С78, obtained by extractive rectification of the pyrolysis fraction С6-C8, obtained from pyrolysis gasoline, with the release of aromatic hydrocarbons at the stage of desorption of the extractant and further removal of benzene by rectification.

EFFECT: increase in the production of raw materials for the production of carbon black, an increase in the content of aromatic structures and a decrease in the H:C ratio in the raw material, which makes it possible to increase the yield of carbon black.
