SUBSTANCE: round ligament is passed behind the esophagus around the cardioesophageal junction, forming a “half-loop” and fixed by suturing through the round ligament of the liver, the fundus of the stomach and the esophagus. Sutures are placed between the fundus of the stomach, the round ligament of the liver and the anterior wall of the stomach at a distance of 20 mm from the lesser curvature, performing fundoplication over the fixed round ligament.
EFFECT: method ensures narrowing of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm to a physiological size and restoration of anti-reflux function, cardioesophageal junction, intra-abdominal position of the abdominal esophagus and stomach; reduces the risk of postoperative complications, the invasiveness of surgery, the intensity of pain, and ensures early activation and rapid rehabilitation of the patient.
