SUBSTANCE: device for lifting eggs comprises a housing, a holding device extending from the housing and made with the possibility to interact with an egg, a movable egg container, and deflecting around this egg with providing the accommodation of the egg in the holding device to remove the egg from the egg container. The holding device is made of a flexible shape-memory material. The device includes a releasing device made with the possibility to release the egg from the holding device. The releasing device is made with the possibility of the direct contact with the egg to move the egg from the interaction with the holding device. The egg removal system comprises a frame, a head made with the possibility to interact functionally with the frame and with the possibility to be lifted and lowered to interact with eggs transported by the egg container. The egg lifting devices are made with the possibility to functionally interact with the head. Each egg lifting device comprises a holding device and a releasing device. A method to transport eggs from the egg container involves lowering the egg lifting device to interact with an egg transported by the egg container, bringing the holding device for lifting eggs in contact with the egg, accommodating the egg in the holding device by means of deflecting the holding device around the egg. The egg lifting device is lifted to provide lifting the egg from the egg container. The egg is released from the holding device by means of relative movement between the holding device and the releasing device, so that the egg is brought in the direct contact with the releasing device with ensuring moving the egg from the interaction with the holding device. The egg transportation system comprises a conveyor system with a drive assembly, egg lifting devices made with the possibility to functionally interact with the drive assembly for moving the egg lifting devices along the conveyor system.
EFFECT: simplifying and accelerating the egg lifting process, aligning the eggs.
