FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: toproduce a moist anatomical preparation of a knee joint, a joint is prepared by removing the skin, subcutaneous tissue, superficial fascia, fascia and paraarticular muscles and tendons. Then the joint capsule is opened to demonstrate intra-articular structures. Consistent joint degreasing, drying and soaking is performed. For degreasing,, the joint is placed for 7 days at a room temperature in composition No. 1, consisting of white spirit. The volume of composition No. 1 should exceed the joint volume three times. After this, the organ is suspended at a room temperature until it is completely dried. The preparation is finished by impregnation with composition No. 2 - colourless silicone, wrapping in 5-6 layers of bandage impregnated with the same silicone, the joint is placed in a glass flask with a volume equal to the joint volume, also filled with a transparent silicone, for a period of 30 days for complete soaking.
