FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to normal and topographic anatomy, and can be used for making human larynx and thyroid organ complex. Method includes sequential degreasing, drying and exposition. Organ complex is prepared by removal of skin, subcutaneous fat, superficial fascia, superficial and deep leaves of intrinsic fascia, parietal leaf of intracervical fascia and periororganic cellulose. Prepared organocomplex is placed for 5 days at room temperature in degreasing for composition A consisting of equal parts of acetone and gasoline, wherein volume of composition A should exceed volume of organocomplex by 5 times. After that, the organocomplex is dried and exposed in composition B consisting of 3/5 parts of white spirit and 2/5 of colorless silicone at temperature of 40 degrees for 2 days, volume of composition B - more than the volume of organocomplex by 2 times. Then, after drying, by suspending the organic complex, at room temperature until final shape is given, the organocomplex is impregnated with composition C consisting of glycerin with addition of sodium nitrate in volume ratio of 40:1. Organ complex is wrapped with ten layers of gauze impregnated with the same solution and left for 45 days for complete impregnation.
EFFECT: method simplifies the manufacturing of the anatomical organocomplex of the larynx and thyroid as a result of excluding the stage of preparation in toxic formalin, as well as in replacement of modern readily available low-toxic materials, which further enables to preserve the original form of the preparation and safely demonstrate it.
