FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: protective coating is formed using a gauze pad as an absorbent material and a latex material in the form of 6-8 cm wide strips as a protective layer. The latex material is laid in so that the latex strips cover the skin and the inside of the pads throughout 4-5 cm, with a bend at the wound edge to the outer edge. All coating layers are sutured in at least four positions along the wound perimeter to the subcutaneous fat.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce traumatization and maceration, improve healing.
