FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: transposition adipodermal flap of a triangular shape is used on the corresponding side of the cheek. In this case, the base of a triangle with a width from 1.5 to 2.0 cm is located in the area of the lateral nasal wall, the top - 1.5-2.0 cm above the angle of mouth, the median - along the nasolabial fold. The distal part of the flap is rotated to the inside, tucked inside the nasal cavity and fixed with sutures to the skin, thereby forming the bottom of the nasal vestibule. The side wall of the nasal vestibule is formed from the proximal part of this flap, fixing it with sutures to the skin of the nose wing.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency of rehabilitation-surgical treatment with defects of the nasal vestibule, in particular with its tumour formations of the nasal vestibule skin.
