FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely reconstructive plastic surgery and oncology. Excision of the tumor of the skin of the tip of the nose is performed within healthy tissues with the preservation of cartilages. A skin-fat flap of the nasolabial fold is formed, followed by rotation into the area of the soft tissue defect of the tip of the nose. At the same time, a U-shaped incision is made in the nasolabial fold on the left and right, corresponding to the defect of the left and right half of the tip of the nose. Skin-fat flaps of nasolabial folds are formed on the feeding legs from the angular arteries of the face. The formed flaps are moved to the area of the nose tip defect and fixed along the perimeter to the edge of the defect with separate interrupted sutures.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reconstruct the tip of the nose in one step, avoid scarring deformation of the postoperative area, achieve symmetry in the formation of the tip of the nose and achieve a better cosmetic effect.
