FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, mainly to reconstructive surgery, and can be used for plasty of nasal vestibule defect and upper lip after removal of malignant growths. After excision of the tumour of the vestibule of the nose and upper lip, a triangular skin-fat transposition flap is cut out of the jaw to compensate for the defect of the upper lip; the flap is unfolded and fixed with sutures to the lower part of the defect of the upper part of the upper lip. For reconstruction of nose vestibule defect, similar flap is cut from opposite side, which is delivered via through incision into nasal cavity at edge of piriform opening, wherein the free edge of the flap is folded in the form of a duplicate and fixed in a nasal vestibule wound, forming a cavity bottom and a vestibule of the nose and columella.
EFFECT: method provides improved functional and aesthetic result of reconstruction of nose vestibule and upper lip defect by performing skin-fat flaps.
