FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in diagnostics and therapy of pathologies, subjected to treatment by resection with application of sewing apparatus. Surgical apparatus contains frame with handle at proximal frame end and with support construction at distal frame and. Extending from handle closing element is made for movement from open position to closed position. Closing element has U-shaped section and contains plastic. Support construction is made from aluminium.
EFFECT: one-piece extrusion implementation of support construction ensures mass reduction, facilitation of sterilisation, as cobalt irradiation will efficiently penetrate into extrusion aluminium, as reduction of tissue traumas due to smooth external surface, obtained by extrusion.
