THREE-PHASE ALTERNATING CURRENT SUBSTATION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC H02J9/06 H02J3/38

Abstract RU 2638571 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in three-phase alternating current substation comprising two busbar sections, each of which is connected via a switching device to an electrical transmission line (ETL) and outgoing transmission lines (ETL), as well as a jumper connected via two switches to the busbar sections, and measuring devices and relay protection installed in ETL circuits, a device with a threshold voltage-current characteristic connected between the jumper and ground is installed, with the first section of the busbars feeding electrical power line and is connected to a circuit with isolated neutral, and the second section busbar other supply line is connected to a circuit with a resistor ground neutral. As a device with a threshold volt-ampere characteristic, a triggered-vacuum gap (TVG) with a control unit is used.

EFFECT: provision of mutual redundancy of power supply to busbar sections when feeding one of the sections from a network with isolated neutral, and the other - from circuit with a resistor-grounded neutral.
