FIELD: packing of notes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packing of bank notes of all values in ring wrappers. Device has loop-making unit made in form of channel limited by walls. Channel is made in form of loop accommodating cantilever-mounted table for counterfoils. Roll holder of tape- pulling mechanism is made in form pan and is arranged in upper part of housing over channel Welding mechanism is furnished with reciprocating mechanism transmission, pair of clamps for tape, and tape-cutting knife. Welding mechanism has program strip and linear displacement control sensor coupled with control unit. Welding mechanism is installed in housing directly under table of loop-making unit. Welding and tape-pulling mechanisms have independent drives interrelated through control unit. Such design increases capacity owing to simplified design of loop-making unit and cut down time required for loop forming. EFFECT: improved reliability and convenience in operation. 4 cl, 4 dwg
