SUBSTANCE: method for feces biological material sampling for lamblia cysts and cryptosporidia oocysts determination by immunomagnetic separation with the subsequent immunofluorescent tagging involves selection of fresh native feces or 3 samples of feces in a preservative, addition of distilled water, thorough mixing by shaking or using a glass rod, filtering in a centrifuge tube with a volume of 10 ml centrifugation for 10 min at 1500 rpm, then the supernatant fluid is removed and not more than 1 ml of sediment is examined, in case of a greater volume of sediment, it is resuspended with distilled water and treated as 2 or more portions, to calculate the intensity of infestation, the entire volume of the resulting sediment is studied.
EFFECT: method improvement.
