FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: following process steps are described: a) provision of finally cooked catalytically active moulded products, b) impregnation of these finally cooked catalytically active moulded products by the peptizating auxiliary means in the amount of fluid that does not exceed the theoretical absorption of these catalytically active moulded products, c) heat treatment of impregnated catalytically active moulded products at a temperature of 50°C to 250°C, and d) calcination of these thermally processed catalytically active moulded products at a temperature of 250°C to 600°C. In addition, catalytically active moulded products for the production of amines, which are produced according to the method of the invention, are described. In addition, the present invention relates to the application of the catalytically active moulded products according to the invention for producing amines, as well as in a fixed bed reactor or fluidized bed reactors and chemical method of synthesis of amines, which is carried out in the presence of catalytically active above moulded products.
