SUBSTANCE: communication system is placed on the lens-forming surface of the casting mould; power is fed to the communication system in the ophthalmological lens production; a unique identifier is stored in the communication system of the said ophthalmological lens; a controlled condition is measured during the ophthalmological lens production by means of one or more sensors in the communication system; the sensor data relating to the measured condition are transmitted to the processor; and a defect in the regulated condition is identified by means of the sensor data and the unique identifier.
EFFECT: improving the quality.
