METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF HYDROGEL OPHTHALMIC DEVICES WITH ELECTRONIC ELEMENTS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61F9/00 B29D11/00 B29C43/02

Abstract RU 2605419 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method of forming ophthalmic device with power supply includes following stages: preliminary dosing in first part of casting form preliminary amount of monomer reaction mixture; functionalization of insert with medium and electronic element so that adhesion promoter could contact with surface of insert with medium and surface of electronic element; application of adhesion booster including reagent methoxysilane on functionalized insert with medium and functionalized electronic element; application of coating on insert with medium and electronic element containing adhesion promoter; arrangement of insert with medium and electronic device for preliminary dosing of reaction mixture monomer, preliminary hardening of preliminary dose of monomer reaction mixture so that it rigidly holds insert with medium and electronic element in immediate vicinity of first part of casting form; subsequent dosing into first part of casting form of further dose of reaction mixture monomer; placing of second part of casting form in close vicinity of first part of casting form so, that at such arrangement assembly of casting form of ophthalmic device with lens-forming cavity is created; curing of subsequent dose of monomer reaction mixture to form ophthalmic lens. Wherein insert with medium comprises power supply elements, made with possibility to provide electric connection between insert with medium and electronic element.

EFFECT: use of given invention will allow to expand range of methods of forming ophthalmic devices with power supply.
