FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: circuit device comprises the sequentially arranged input device (6), four-pole power generation circuit (7), and lamp driver unit (8). The power generation circuit (7) comprises at least the voltage divider (13) and the damping circuit (14). Whereas the voltage divider circuit (13) allows the AC current to flow to set the total current, selected during the operation from the power source to the predetermined minimum load current, the damping circuit (14) serves to attenuate the high frequency oscillations in the mentioned operating voltage. To improve the compatibility of the dimmer and to provide the economically efficient circuit unit at the same time, the first and the second feedback circuits (18, 25) are implemented to control the voltage divider circuit (13) and the lamp driver unit (8) in accordance with dual control.
EFFECT: possibility to provide the power to at least one low-power lighting device with the operating voltage with the phase cut-off so, that the mentioned lighting device can operate with different types of power sources, while maintaining the high quality of the output light.
