SUBSTANCE: device comprises a rod and a tubular element. At that, the rod is arranged to move within the tubular element. The rod has a longitudinal axis and a distal end, and a bevel is formed at the distal end of the rod, facing upward. At least two channels are formed inside the rod in the longitudinal direction of the rod. Each channel forms a hole in the bevelled surface, the optical fiber is located inside each of the optical control channels in contact with the bevel. The recess is formed in the rod near the distal end and is turned laterally. The upward direction and the lateral direction are directions that are mutually offset in the circumferential direction around the longitudinal axis of the rod.
