FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration insulating system comprises a base, a horizontal supporting platform, and an elastic element arranged therebetween in the form of a cylindrical equifrequent spring. A platform is connected by means of fastening elements to a supporting unit fixed on the spring supporting plate by means of adjusting rod and a fixing bushing. A bushing elastic-damping element is coaxially arranged between the rod and the bushing. Inside the spring there is an elastic-damping device. The lower spring flange is fixed at the elastic base. The base consists of alternating layers of elastic material, for example sheet spring steel, and layers of hard grades of vibration damping materials, such as plasticate of "Agat", "Antivibrit", "Shvim" type. A screened damper is placed under the elastic base of the spring lower flange which is mounted on elastic-damping gasket made of elastomer.
EFFECT: increased vibration insulation efficiency.
