SUBSTANCE: relative content of CD27+ cells in the population of CD19+ B-lymphocytes is determined for women in the period of 32-36 weeks of pregnancy in the peripheral blood. With a value of 19.4% or less, the effectiveness of standard treatment of fetal growth retardation is predicted.
EFFECT: application of the invention provides the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of forecasting the efficiency of standard treatment of fetal growth retardation that allows to define the tactics of pregnant women treatment and conduct timely measures in the group of women with this pregnancy pathology.
